  • By making a reservation with us, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of the trip provider, and to any additional (delivery) terms and conditions of the trip provider that may apply to your trip (including the fine print of the trip provider made available on our platform and the relevant house rules of the trip provider, including services rendered and/or products offered by the trip provider)
  • Hotel bookings are subject to availability and room prices may vary or change without prior notice.
  • www.bookmybookings.com reserves the right in an unforeseen event if the originally booked hotel is not available then we shall ensure to get you booked in the similar category based on availability.
  • www.bookmybookings.com reserves the right to cancel payments or orders before the commencement of the delivery, stating no reasons for the same.
  • You may cancel an order within 7 working days, beginning from the time of email confirmation of your order from www.bookmybookings.com. However, with your express permission, www.bookmybookings.com will start the delivery of an order immediately.
  • Cancellations may result because of factors beyond human control, such as the natural calamities, accidents, governmental restrictions or any other event of force majeure. In such events, we may give a full or partial refund, decisive at our discretion.
  • Therefore, the deemed services provided to you can not be reversed. You will lose the right to cancel your order. www.bookmybookings.com shall expressly request your permission to do so at the time you submit your order.
  • In case if you do not reach the venue for the specified activity, in the scheduled time, your booking stands cancelled. And we reserve the right to deny any refund requests in such cases.
  • Cancellations made seven calendar days before the tour date -Refund shall be 95% of the booking amount if the booking or part of booking falls under cancellation allowed.
  • Cancellation of Order will levy a pre-order processing charge of USD 40 per application if we have not started the service request.

bookmybookings.com reserves the right to cancel or omit any part of activity without prior notice. This, in particular, maybe because of the activities chosen.

Cancellations may result because of factors beyond human control, such as the natural calamities, accidents, governmental restrictions or any other event of force majeure. In such events, we may give a full or partial refund, decisive at our discretion.

In case if you do not reach the venue for the specified activity, in the scheduled time, your booking stands cancelled. And we reserve the right to deny any refund requests in such cases.

  1. Pricing

The prices seen on the website are in USD. You will be charged for the services in USD only.

The rates published on the website are subject to change without prior notice. These can be because of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances out of human control (changes in government regulations, airfare fluctuations, changes in transportation rates)

  1. Refund Policy
  • We to make any refund will be through the same mode of payment as it has been transacted earlier.
  • Refunds processed will bear payment gateway charges and a VAT of 5% per transaction.
  • Cancellations made 7 calendar days prior to the tour date are eligible for a refund of 90% of the booking amount.
  • Cancellations made 5 - 7 calendar days prior to the tour date are eligible for a refund of 80% of the booking amount./
  • Cancellations made 96 hours prior to the tour date are eligible for a refund of 0% of the booking amount.

    • Should you have any discrepancies, kindly raise within 7 days of the transaction after which we shall address no discrepancies.

    1. Exclusions

    You understand and accept the potential risks and hazards that involve in certain activities. You take complete responsibility for ensuring that you are mentally and physically capable of taking part in the particular activity.

    We offer activities provided by third parties or issue you with a voucher entitling you to a ticket for an event. In such a process, we act only as an agent for the operator of the activity concerned or the organizers of that event.

    The terms and conditions of the operator of the activity or organizer of the event will apply to you and any refund will be subject to those terms and conditions.

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, accident, sickness, injury or death you or anyone else may suffer or incur arising out of the activities opted for.

    All personal effects are at your sole risk at all times during the activity.
